2. Can I personalize my tumbler or necklace?

Yes! Our engraved necklaces can be customized with your name, initials, special dates, or a short message. However, tumblers come with pre-designed stylish prints and are not customizable at the moment.

3. What materials are used for the necklaces?

We use high-quality stainless steel and gold/silver plating for durability and a luxurious look. All materials are skin-friendly, non-tarnish, and water-resistant.

4. Are the tumblers insulated?

Yes! Our tumblers are double-walled and vacuum-insulated, keeping your beverages hot or cold for hours.

5. How do I place an order?

Ordering from Splash is easy!

6. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Orders: 5-7 business days
  • Customized Engraved Orders: 7-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (Available at checkout for an extra charge)

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India. We are working on expanding internationally soon! Stay tuned. 🌍

8. What is your return & exchange policy?

  • Personalized Items (Engraved Necklaces): Since these are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
  • Tumblers & Non-Personalized Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
